Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is merit-based and overseen by our Human Resources Department. This department establishes the hiring schedule and the annual personnel budget.

All applications received are handled with strict confidentiality and are reviewed in detail. Candidates may be invited for routine interviews even when there are no job vacancies so that they can be placed under consideration for the future. Applications are kept in a database for one year.

A “Profile Assessment Test” is used to evaluate the competencies of candidates. For positions where English skills are a “must”, a language test is used as well.

After the tests are evaluated, candidates are interviewed by the Human Resources Department and the related Department Manager. After a final assessment is made, the candidate receives a job offer. The candidate must then bring the necessary legal documents before the start date and sign a contract which is prepared in compliance with the Turkish Labour Law.
