Compensation and Benefits

Salaries are determined according to an objective job evaluation system.
Salaries are paid in $ (net) and are transferred to employees’ personal bank accounts at the end of every month.
All employees are covered by inpatient Health Insurance paid by the company.
An employee physician, transportation and dining facilities are offered to all employees free of charge.
